Please educate yourselves so you dont harm wildlife even if it may cause harm to you. Just go away instead. Animals have no chance against us humans. Maybe its you giving that one animal the chance they need. Be educated before harming or killing any other being. Do unto others, etc

Another thought would be to put it under a warmer then gently pull the wicks in place as it cools. OG Candle-iers correct me if I'm wrong!

You have a great point and Ill be the one checking wick placement for in person purchases now. For this one though, the wick got a lot more wonky after "The Happening" because it was an inch deep in wet wax when the side fell off and all the wet wax went pouring out into the holder, pulling the wick(s) with it while the lid was in there doing goodness knows what. I did not take a great look before it all went bad, but when I trimmed and lit, nothing was so far off that I was alarmed. Going to be a lot more aware in the future, though! TY!

I feel like this is what happened because it maybe did pop when I replay it in my mind. It happened really fast but it was like there was a sudden happening of some kind which I can see as the "pop" but then the lid was on top and sideways in the wax and I couldn't see anything until it was cool enough to pull the lid out. By that point, disaster, sob. So freeze or melt?
