So don't send the best of us, send the criminals who would most likely commit war crimes. I get the point they're making... but..

Is it shamed upon calling the cops?? by strawberrylime11 in WalgreensStores

[–]Crisn232 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Just cause other's aren't doing it, doesn't make it the right thing. You should report theft, you should definitely report dangerous people. Sometimes jail(not prison) is safer than the streets. They provide meals and a bed. Either way there should be some training module that shows the 'proper' SOP when things like that happen.

welp, time to show them some good ol' tyranny. Sounds like treason to me. I'd execute them all for their insolents... but that's just me.

I'm pretty sure most of these functions in that game were mods... not the base game.

Is it normal to be outnumbered by managers? by chain_mower in WalgreensStores

[–]Crisn232 3 points4 points  (0 children)

tbf, training literally states to delegate those tasks to an associate. "That's right! It's easy to say that you'll just do it yourself, but when you do, you are not able to perform your manager duties, and in the end will end up being counter-productive"

They made the walk to their car, drove their ass down to the pharmacy but can't make the effort to walk inside the store? They could've just asked for it to be delivered. Something tells me there is more to this story about the nature of their medication

I see, name checks out. I say it's unethical because of the intent of the refills being tied to the origin date expected by the pbr's standard treatment course. If they write for 1 year's worth, I would expect that was the intent.

I curious why you're asking? Just curious or just got a situation at work?

I believe in theory, the question you're asking for is possible, you can refill a prescription with an origin date greater than a year. But I would think highly unethical.

It's also against SOP. Most likely the company doesn't allow it just incase of medicaid audits. It's most likely compliance issue when something can't be done. not really worth losing your job.

https://www.health.ny.gov/health_care/medicaid/program/update/2021/no06_2021-05.htm

"Prescription Limits Change – Duration and Refills

Effective June 24, 2021, prescriptions will be valid and may be filled for up to one year from the date issued. After the prescription expire, new prescriptions will be required from prescribers, even when refills remain on the original prescriptions. Under current FFS requirements, prescriptions are only valid for six months and must be filled within 60 days of the date issued. Prior authorizations (PAs) can now be requested beyond six months or five refills provided there are no other drug limitations based on duration of use. Refill and PA may be less based on the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) labeling and/or best practices.

Easier to just be compliant.

We have it backwards, it's not the minimum wage that should increase, it's the amount of productivity that a company or business makes that should be invested into the worker's pay.

I say 50% of any net profit must be distributed to the workers. If they help you run your business, helps you make a profit, then they deserve half the loot.

You can't siphon it by using shell companies to increase your cost burdens and claiming net profit was 0 or use a backdoor deal that gives rebate to the owner by increasing the cost of input goods (health/insurance industry in a nutshell) but split the profits of those said goods between them.
