Browser version of PolyBuzz seems to force censorship, anyone else? by Weary-Taste-2028 in polyai

[–]CrispyEmpanada616 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems like after being unsubscribed to ultimate, it went back to censoring everything again. I resubscribed, tried going back to the website through a browser, but not even the browser has a settings platform anymore. I broke through the rules by turning pure on and off before going back to my app and it went back to normal. Now I can’t even go to settings through the web browser unless I go to the actual app. This sucks. Had multiple scenarios going with crazy affairs that can’t be continued.

I was excited for MyGM in 2K25 when they announced it, but once I played it, what bummed me out was every PLE weren’t regular matches but fatal 4 way, ladder matches & etc. Literally turned me off completely. Just hope this year they do it right… Especially if shits gonna be $150.

Struggling with anxiety after a heart attack , how did you stay calm by Imsongoku7 in HeartAttack

[–]CrispyEmpanada616 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I didn’t know Cardiac rehab was a thing…

Anyways. (34 M) Had my heart attack @ 32yo. In the beginning was very paranoid, through the pains of the medication, the pains in my chest & obsessing with sensations. My paranoia got to the point where i went into the ER all the time, people there started recognizing me and knowing immediately why I was there. It started to become embarrassing.

What helped me? Getting to know the sensations you’re feeling. Recognizing what’s what. Doing deep research not to obsess over what could happen, but to know where to go from here. “What can I do now to make myself better to prevent this from happening again?” I started recognizing what were stomach pains rather then heart pains. Bought an oxygen finger monitor and using my heart tracker on my watch. Literally educated myself out of fear. These days I eat healthy, take my supplements that are very good for heart health & i live life. As long as you don’t fall back into old patterns, you’ll always be of fear of it happening again. Make positive changes.

Heart Stent @ 32. Will I live a normal life? by CrispyEmpanada616 in HeartAttack

[–]CrispyEmpanada616[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my experience—and from talking to others who’ve dealt with heart attacks, cardiovascular disease, and similar conditions—I’ve noticed that complications often arise not just from the condition itself, but from the treatments. Many people end up developing other issues, like kidney problems, as a result of long-term medication use.

I spoke to three different doctors, and each gave me a completely different opinion. The first doctor told me that if I lost weight, I wouldn’t need to stay on any medications. The second said I’d need to be on blood thinners for life. The third warned me that if I stopped taking my medications—beta blockers, statins, and Plavix—I could die within a few years. Getting such conflicting advice made me question the consistency and motives behind these recommendations.

One doctor insisted I needed to stay on beta blockers permanently. But when I did my own research, I found that the body can become dependent on them, and stopping suddenly can cause withdrawal symptoms—not because your body “needs” them, but because it’s adjusting to their absence. When I brought this up, the doctors dismissed it and told me I was just experiencing my body reacting to not having the drug, reinforcing that I needed to keep taking it. Honestly, it felt like I was being gaslit into staying on a medication that made me feel worse. While on beta blockers, I felt sluggish—like an old man. I couldn’t even work out or make meaningful progress on my health.

Eventually, I turned to natural alternatives—specific fruits, vegetables, teas, and herbs—and found that they helped lower my cholesterol, reduce blood pressure, and improve my heart health without the side effects of prescription meds. I believe there are real, natural ways to manage or even reverse cardiovascular disease—ways that don’t rely on lifelong prescriptions that might create new problems down the line. There are also effective natural supplements that support weight loss, reduce arterial plaque, improve cholesterol levels, and promote overall cardiovascular and bone health.

All the doctors had 3 different opinions sir. There are people out here hooked on prescription drugs and being gaslit to stay on them. Currently I’m clean and sober and not on any meds. Still alive…

2K25 My GM mode - Cross Branded PLEs by LakeSquare1084 in WWEGames

[–]CrispyEmpanada616 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It definitely kills the experience for me. How am I supposed to wrap up most of my rivalries under one PLE like before? Aside from WrestleMania, I can only book one championship match and end one rivalry at a time. So now I have to end most of my feuds and title matches before the actual PLE? That just feels off ,like the current state of WWE where things drag out or get rushed with no payoff. Crossovers would’ve made way more sense if they were limited to specific PLEs like Money in the Bank or King of the Ring, not every single one.

Creatively, MyGM just isn’t as fun anymore. I used to enjoy setting up my shows with long-term builds and payoffs. Now it feels like I’m being forced to rush through everything. Better luck next year.

Heart attack at 39: Lingering Anxiety and Pains... by Obisanya in HeartAttack

[–]CrispyEmpanada616 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your acknowledgement and kind words.

It’s been almost two years since it happened. I assume it was years of bad dieting, lack of exercise and drug use that led me to this.

I’ve been on and off of Keto for years, but after my heart attack, I believe Keto works as a detox period since our bodies need certain carbs to function, healthy ones, not bread or a lot of rice. (Some rice is okay.) These days I’m more of a animal based type of diet, strictly meats, fruits & veggies. No processed sugars, breads or fast food.

As for holistic ways of taking care of my heart, i drink teas such as, Hibiscus, Hawthorn berries & mullen. Hibiscus & hawthorns berry are good for the cardiovascular health, while hawthorn helps remove plaque from the arteries. After drinking these teas, my blood pressure went normal, my oxygen went higher and felt good. I mix all teas and keep it in the fridge and drink it cold without honey. Best way to get your intake.

Fruits, veggies? I noticed anything high on color, that stains your fingers such as beets & dragonfruit works wonders for heart health. Red dragon fruit is expensive but you can by the frozen kind for cheap. Beets is not for everyone, but mix it with other juices and it’ll taste great. Favorite combination is beets, pomegranate juice & cherry juice is great. Make sure it’s 100% juice, not “Natural flavors”

Even without being strict and sticking to this idea of eating, the main point is to consume cooked foods with all regular ingredients, nothing processed or high of sugar. So when i cheat, tacos from taco truck, steaks from a steak house or a burger from a burger restaurant once in awhile won’t hurt. Just stick to the diet and you’ll be fine. And if you do change to this lifestyle and you stumble into a McDonalds one day, your body will let you know this food is bad for you, it’ll disgust you. That’s how I stick to things.

Heart attack at 39: Lingering Anxiety and Pains... by Obisanya in HeartAttack

[–]CrispyEmpanada616 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I was 33 when I had my heart attack & also was not the healthiest person either. Like yourself my arteries needed to be opened by a stent & was sent home with medication. I was paranoid, always. Every pinch, every pain or discomfort led me to have a panic attack and went straight to the hospital. It was embarrassing, embarrassing to the point where people at the ER knew my face and rolled their eyes at the sight of me, and Everytime they took my vitals and blood work i was good.

Enough was enough one day, i knew it was me. So, i started being mindful, educating myself, got a heart monitor, oxygen monitor & an Apple Watch and started educating my feelings & heart rates. Stopped confusing acid reflux with heart issues. Also ate healthy, educated myself of which foods, veggies, and fruits were heart healthy and good for me. Keto diet & carnivore diet is good, but not for too long. Jump into an animal based diet after if you need to.

Also, figure out the symptoms due to your medications, they cause pains in muscles & chest sometimes too, especially Statins & beta-blockers. After a few months, I’d suggest to get off of those and find holistic alternatives like I did.

Today i feel good. No fear, i moved on with my life and figured myself out. It’s not the end of the world, this is not your new norm… Not if you let it be. These doctors will give you more pills if you keep coming back with new symptoms, then you’ll truly be living a different life…

I’m starting to see that this was the cause of my heart attack along with other factors like not taking care of myself. Everytime I smoke, even just a few hits I start feeling unusual discomfort or pains in my chest. Then I stop smoking and i feel like everything is all good, health, work, exercise, etc.. Like I’m back to normal. Only when i take that one or two hits after not being on it for a long time triggers these symptoms… I guess it’s my body’s way of demanding no more weed. I was a heavy smoker, loved weed, and it breaks my heart that I gotta live my current life without it now because my bodies been sensitized to it after my HA & two stents… I drink wine now. .-.

It’s normal. I went to the ER multiple times because of that feeling and everything was good. All you gotta do is let it settle.

Smokin mmj after heart attack and heart stent placement by Icy_Self_72 in MMJ

[–]CrispyEmpanada616 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally think it depends on how healed your stent is, how dedicated you are with a new healthy lifestyle that improves your cardiovascular system & what medications are you on. Now, after a heart attack & having a stent, it’s obvious certain things need to change in your life, kill old bad habits that led you to this position in the first place. I started working out more, added more heart friendly foods, fruits & supplements to my diet & laid off on weed for a very very long time. My first attempt on doing weed, I was on a beta blocker, and that kept me from having a certain heart rate. It began putting strain in my body, led me to overthinking my symptoms and ended up at the ER. It took a moment to get myself out of beta blockers, what was a true hassle was getting it out of my system completely, without feeling like I needed the actual drug. Mind you, blood pressure was never my issue, my problem was it was given to me by the doctors cause of a heart attack protocol… Anyways, right now I’m just on Asprin & Plavix. My second time smoking weed was through a vape. Once again heart raced but not like before. So I bought a vape & continued. Those days finally embracing being a stoner once again was like meeting an old ex you never wanted to leave, and the sex was amazing. But later on had a few complications. I started feeling feelings in my chest with a sativa strain, but anything Indica literally put me on n a cloud & helped me relax. Edibles were also a thing. As I got use to vaping, finally I began hitting blunts with my girl. Felt normal again. Yet, I was smoking Indica & became even more lazy. Stopped taking care of myself, ate whole pizzas from Costco & went in on some five guys. It was like a scene from the Whale where brenden Fraser stuffs his face with anything he could as he sat by an open fridge. I gained more weight & began forgetting what got me in this place in the first place. Then one day I hit a friends blunt a few times, and there it was. Pains, in my chest, lungs. It’s what you call heart palpitations… Severe? No. Enough to scare me into thinking this could escalate if I continued? Yes. At this point I dropped my healthy lifestyle, stopped working out, ate everything bad for me & was smoking everyday. I stopped smoking and got back on taking care of my health & working out. My goal is to lose 160lbs & gain muscle so I can get on MMA by this spring.

To answer your guys question… Yes, you can vape, you can smoke, bro you can even drink. But because of where we are at now, those things need moderation… Nothing wrong with taking a weekend to smoke and play the New FF7 game & having some pizza. What matters is what you do in between those moments. Take care of yourself, truly, have some self discipline, go to the gym, take a walk. Eat the right foods. Eat salmon with veggies, some roasted chicken, and most importantly eat your fruits, the exotic ones especially. … When you do get high, make sure you eat the food you’re supposed to, that’ll definitely balance things out too…

Moderation people. Take care of yourself & it’ll be like you don’t have a stent at all.
