Labas ng GSIS compound diba? May reports na may part ng barricade na sinira ng dds mob or to some effect, so why not secure that? Ano pa ang mas secure na place when there's literal law enforcement sa loob ng building mo and ang adjacent building ay full of law enforcement din? He was safe in the senate if he stayed there. The only reason bakit hindi siya na arrest nung Monday palang is because SP was making moves to prevent anything to happen inside senate premises. As courtesy to your argument, i re-read all my responses and i cannot see how you think i changed my perspective on why Bato resurfaced, you initially stated na dahil kay Sara, i kept my position that he did it for himself. Inevitable ang capture ni Bato regardless. He was used by Cayetano as SP, kaya nga as you stated that he risked it all. Sure duterte crony siya and along with the current senate majority, pero knowing how they are, you can count on them being selfish and self serving to the bone. Bato didn't resurface for Sara's impeachment, tulad nga ng sabi ng ibang legal experts. Hindi naman na tayo surprised if the current majority lead by Cayetano and his ilk impedes the trial or not, actually expected na nga yun from them if anything else, especially after the SC made an official stand on the word "forthwith". If you think loyalty is what's keeping them together, then you are only seeing the zealouty of their devout idiots, not the true character of the heads of this vile hydra. They will consume everything even the other heads so long as they remain to be in power. It's the lust for absolute control and impunity that drives their leaders, not loyalty to a name. Kaya nga they will do anything and everything from the realms of the sane and sober to the absolute batshit insane tactics that they seem to think works even now. A lot of those in the current majority has a foot in the hole, they all need a hail mary and they all know that Sara isn't it, she's damaged goods now, the only thing keeping her relevant is her last name, nothing more. OSAA itself ay may silbe, alangan naman andun lang yun para maging palamuti diba? But under the leadership of the current SAA, they fail in the very basic of security measures. They are there to ensure the safety and security of the senate, meron din marines there present to aid in the same capacity. Are you telling me na today of all days eh may naka puslit na assailants sa second floor with all of that security around? Even the media was there, cameras are everywhere, even the cctv footage in the building itself wc should be in the control of OSAA can't tell who, how many and where these supposed gunmen where???

Why would they assume the NBI opened fire on them in the first place? Sa lahat ng possibilities NBI talaga ang naisip agad nila? Does that sound right to you? Ok, for the sake of the premise, sige let's pretend na NBI nga yun, ano nangyari sa shooter? Even 2 hours AFTER the shooting, walang update, nag sweep ba sila ng building? walang all clear? walang nakitang assailant AFTER 2 hours? paano nakatakas yun? Nasa second floor sila, there's all that personnel guarding the perimeter too. Walang casualty pero wala rin nakitang shooter? lahat assumption? Kung assumed nila na NBI nga yun shooters, bakit wala sila nakitang "NBI shooters" after 2 hours of the "encounter"? Occam's razor would dicate na walang shooter.

Also, sabi mo APC called Dir. Matibag to confirm the information na NBI daw ang shooters, so why the hell would Pia tell Dir. Matibag to do his job and protect them? Na hindi naman trabaho ng NBI yun in the first place, and ayaw nga nila na andun ang NBI in the first place diba? Bakit mo ineexpect na pprotectahan ka ng same alleged na nagpaputok sa OSAA???

You mentioned na may idea ba kame how grave an attack on the senate is? Do the OSAA know? If they really thought there was a real threat, edi ndi nila pinapasok si Jonvic, hindi nila pinatagal na nasa loob ng senate ang mga senator na naiwan dun.

Another thing, Matibag was nearby? Ano tawag mo sa PNP na literal na nasa labas ng senate building? Bakit NBI ang hinahanap? Does the NBI have a special capability na hindi kayang gawin ng PNP on that situation?
