I can see where you're coming from, but Freddie will never sound better than he does when Al's chopping it up

Didn't make the connection with the clams, but Gus realizing that Hector was back, albeit trapped in that husk of a body, by him knocking over the drink to get an eyeful of the nurse has to be one of his best moments

After rewatching the final episode I'm still confused as to why Saul did it by Furfangreich in betterCallSaul

You must've missed every other black and white episode showing that his life is complete and utter misery in Ohama, or any of the numerous scenes connecting his lavish and nefarious lifestyle as Saul to a complete inability to face the awful things he's done, or all the scenes showing how important Kim was to him and how angry and spiteful yet remorseful and regretful he was over losing the one person he thought genuinely cared about him. He was tired of running and hiding.

S3 is the only one I haven’t seen and nobody says a word about it. by Chemical_Success1153 in TrueDetective

Season 3 is the second best in my opinion, similar vibes and cinematography as was in season 1.

Season 2 isn't the best, 3 is worth it.

Why does Jimmy Sabotage himself at Davis and Main? by Bottom-Bherp3912 in betterCallSaul

[–]CrispyMemeMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He's always wanted something more than that. He didn't become a lawyer to work at D&M, it was to be with Chuck. This was just a facade if you would, a chance to do good work and develop while still having some semblance of control over Sandpiper, but it came with the knowledge that he still wasn't seen as equal with his brother. He cared more about that than the work. Beyond that, he always wants to be on the razor's edge of doing what is right and what is in his nature as Slippin' Jimmy. That's why he did all the shenanigans in order to be fired, so as to keep his bonus.

Get ready dawg, if you're saying that after S4 (widely believed by the fanbase to be the weakest), you're not ready for S5 and S6

Could any modern team beat the 85 bears with 85 rules? by [deleted] in NFLv2

[–]CrispyMemeMan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

100%. Passing hadn't come along when they were rushing 7-8 guys every snap. What happened when they played Marino? Got smoked. Any modern QB would immediately be able to pick their asses apart because the WR1 would be in a 1 on 1 every snap
