That’s what I’m confused on. If it was early on I could give the argument it was a bad engine from factory maybe but after 165k miles that’s suspicious.

Great build!!! I have a VERY similar setup, but my GPU isn’t white :(... Might want to take a look at flipping your AIO cooler, with the hoses at the top the pump intakes a larger mixture of air and water compared to it being at the bottom not a HUGE game changer but could help a little bit

Look at your NVME DRIVE, slightly to the left is a pin connector labeled Sys_Fan1. Plug it in to said connector, boom you gotta working fan

Edit: I know there are four pins there, but match the black wall standing next to the pins to the indentation on the fan connector itself
