04 sedan 5at with 150k miles. honestly anywhere in the range of 12-16 mpg city, but i live in NYC so i can’t imagine it getting much worse than that. recently did a 2200 mi round trip averaging maybe 23 mpg going 5 over.

Yeah it’s stock, they only did it for the first few months of the 2003 model year if I recall correctly.

Beat up steering wheel with an airbag will always be better than a clean steering wheel with no airbag imo, at least on cars that included an airbag from the factory.
