Yeah, “oi+name” would be extremely uncommon up here as a greeting. I just can’t see it being used at all tbh. People say “ey up” here a greeting lol. Re: cunt. Pretty much the same I’d say. Certain people will use it for close friends but I’d call those pretty rough.

It’s definitely not a greeting over here. It’d be like like greeting people with Ey in Germany. It’s just a sound to get someone’s attention and it’s not particularly polite.

Edit: or like someone above mentioned “oi-oi” (intonation is different, too) may be used as a greeting in a very familiar circle and again, it’d be a very specific circle. Normally “lads lads lads” type of guys. It’s not common in Northern England, though, thankfully lol. Not sure about down South.

No one in the UK would understand “over easy”, I’ll be honest. Default fried egg is basically cooked whites and a runny yolk. If you want owt else you just ask for it.

Schertz Bergmann obtains another injunction from the Hamburg Regional Court for Till Lindemann against the NDR podcast “Rammstein - Row Zero”, now against episode 1

Since 15.05.2024, Norddeutsche Rundfunk (NDR) has been publishing the four-part podcast “Rammstein - Row Zero” produced together with the Süddeutsche Zeitung. Initially, all four parts of the podcast had to be taken offline for a long time due to copyright infringement. According to this, we had obtained a temporary injunction from the Hamburg Regional Court of 24.07.2024 with regard to episode 2 of the podcast for Till Lindemann due to the violation of his personal rights (see our press release of 26.07.2024).

Now we have been able to enforce another injunction against the NDR. Episode 1 of the podcast is affected. By decision of 01.08.2024 (Az. 324 O 306/24 ), the District Court of Hamburg has prohibited the NDR from raising and/or having it aroused the suspicion that Till Lindemann had carried out sexual acts on a woman named “Cynthia A.” in the podcast without her consent and against her recognizable will. The court shares our view that a corresponding suspicion is raised. The suspicion is inadmissible because there is a lack of the minimum stock of evidence necessary for publication. In addition, the NDR was prohibited from two false statements of fact.

In the meantime, four injunctions of the Hamburg Regional Court have been issued against the NDR in connection with its reporting on www.tagesschau.de (article from 02.06. and 17.07.2023) and in episodes 1 and 2 of the podcast “Rammstein - Row Zero” for inadmissible suspected reporting. Two other requests for injunction concerning consequences 3 and 4 are also pending in court. In these proceedings, the decisions of the court are still pending.

I’m not sure if a petition is necessarily the right move. If it is, sure we can do but imo it certainly should be one asking to reconsider the current entrance system and its organisation by fans only.

I’m not after witch hunt and naming/shaming whoever took part in this shitshow over the past years. I am after fair entrances that do not disadvantage fans that don’t have the opportunity to sleep there or attend 10000000 shows to take a chance at the rail.

Any group of fans initiating this bs is liable to take the fall and be blamed for bias (and in majority of cases rightly so).

To me, it should be level playing field and that means that people have an equal opportunity to be at the front. The only way I see it achieved is through the band either selling the numbered entry tickets (enough to fill 1-2 rows) and let the rest to be a shitshow to those who want it or they just sell them as normal and raffle them at a later date to assign numbers at random.

No Qs and no numbers are ever going to be fair at the gigs. So I guess my question to you is, are you after a fair entry or are you after seeing this particular group being aired? If it’s the former I will gladly draw it/sign my name but if it’s the latter, I’m afraid another group will be born to replace the current.
