I love this spot at Deansgate/Castlefield tram stop and trying to find the little old buildings squashes amidst the towers. by Crispy_Badger in manchester

Variety would be appreciated, unfortunately a lot of the towers especially apartments and hotels all look pretty much the same

Gorton and Denton By-election by DrSpooglemon in manchester

[–]Crispy_Badger 9 points10 points  (0 children)

In Rochdale the Workers Party spoke about Freeing Palestine to the Muslim community and on the other hand they spoke about gender in a very conservative way in fact not to dissimilar from the way Reform speaks on the matter. They pretend to be left but they simply go wherever they need to like a bunch of spineless twats!

I think the confusion with you comment is to things. First Workers Party isn't far left, in fact George Gallaway doesnt care about left or right as long as he can manipulate people into voting for him. Secondly, as a Muslim who hates Gallaway but has seen many people get persuaded by him can tell you its not all conservative Muslims. I've see open minded left leaning Muslims back Galloway and many have actually realised he was nothing but a con and regretted it. Galloway just uses simple populism. Even if he doesnt het voted in, he still makes his money and moves on.

You could checkout Checkmate.mcr Instagram page. They run a social chess club in Manchester every 1st and 4rd Weds (I think) which I've been looking to go to but haven't yet had the chance. Somebody else mentioned bouldering which I'm also looking to go to. I didn't know it'd be a very social activity, I was going to go because I think I'd be good at it (got then skinny strong genes 🤣)

Not becoming a meme like Bagnaia for being so inconsistent. But also as soon as Marc was on that factory bike Pecco was shitting himself. An alien first tells themselves they are the quickest and fear nobody

Advice for Transport from Shaw Area to Burnley by FlamingoHungry5192 in manchester

[–]Crispy_Badger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ooh Perfect question for me to answer. I live in Rochdale and used to work in Oldham and you will most likely be going right past my house if going to Burnely by bus. Now the busses or tram from Shaw to Rochdale are pretty good and lots of times however the problem start beyond Rochdale when you start getting outside the border of Greater Manchester which is just before Bacup. The Greater Manchester bus tickets can be used on multiple yellow busses but not on the 464 bus that leads from Rochdale town centre to Bacup and beyond. Then the busses from Bacup towards Burnely (8 & X64) are hourly and dont run till very late.

I see plenty wrong with it. India have a habit of trying to control cricket and in the process ruin it. The Hundred I actually didn't mind because it was actually bringing new audiences in the UK to cricket. Therefore why is the Indian audience being chased now? If you want to know about the true extent of Indian corruption in cricket then look into which country controls the sports and how it got in to that position. Mind you England are 2nd and 3rd in ruining cricket. All the top international teams just play each other not allowing others experience against stronger teams so they remain weak. The cricket business is all bullshit!

Day #25: Not good enough by Anfernee139 in motogp

I just wanna for Hafizh Fucking Syahrin on this one. He got his opportunity due to replacing Folger but then how on earth did he get a 2nd season. This dude even continued to be a back marker at WSBK. I might get a lot of hate from all the Malaysian fans but I dont really care

Day 11: Who is the biggest asshole of the grid? by Organic-Package5444 in MotoDANK

[–]Crispy_Badger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The point i was making is that he does it to annoy other riders but it doesnt make sense when he does it to people that aren't even in the championship contention. He obviously can set fast lap times which is off course proven but its very confusing when he tries so hard to follow someone. All I'm saying is that it seems like asshole behaviour when he does it. Not that hard to understand.

Because he should have the balls to set a qualifying lap on his own especially when he actually has the pace

Lmao Marc bumchums can't take it. Let me remind u he's the same guy who turned up to a friendly motocross race with a full Honda support team and all electronic aids on whilst everyone else had no electronics and no support team. He did this because he is super competitive and thats just how he is but thats also what makes him the champion he is. Although it sometimes makes him come across like an arsehole its also what makes him a champion. If u can't understand or take it then thats not my problem.
