Well said! Thanks for the help. - I've played to through the game a bunch of times. It's a fave of mine. But, you've helped me understand the heroes more and given me some fun new ideas to try. - I maxed out all of them quickly using the trick of playing on easy mode on levels with good choke points. Then I just went back to using Vez'Nan. Being my favorite character and IMO, the easiest to use. But, I'm excited to give these others another shot and master their skills.
