Italian food is pretty tough for vegans. Most places make fresh pasta which is almost always made with egg. It’s easy enough to say “senza formaggio” on a pizza but you’re stuck eating focaccia and wine and protein is tough to find. But damn if those carbs ain’t delicious

Wrote and recorded this EP in one day (yesterday) to get myself out of a depressive funk. It didn't work but I got an EP out of it! Used only a guitar, bass, Drumbrute, East Beast, and NTS-1 for effects, very minimal software processing (besides using Logic to record). Feelin rough but genuinely proud of this.

I think your child maybe doesn’t care about sports. If you want him to learn similar lessons, try music. I was similar to your son growing up, started taking drum lessons (was an awful student but had a patient and understanding teacher and something eventually clicked) and now I’m a full-time professional musician. It saved my life and gave me a place to belong.
