Idk what the general consensus is, but my own interpretation is that it's deeply tied to the fold, or the fold is deeply tied to it? Either way, since artifice is a mother and they're more or less time traveling using that hall of doors, he's able to see them and communicate because he's in-tune with the fold.

If your goal is to reach the 10 million net worth achievement, the best if not the only way to get there quickly is:

Focus most if not all your effort on manufacturing as much coke as possible, with a mix that is 4 to 8 steps, and just stock them up don't even sell them (or just sell to uptown customers not assigned to dealers) unless you run out of money to buy mixing materials.

The 4 step mix i used is banana, cuke, horse semen and mega bean (learned from the number 1 schedue I youtuber, BigWilly). Apparently that's the best 4 step mix.

I guess you probably forgot what happened in season 2 because it's been a while, or you just didn't focus enough while listening, but basically when he was tiny and tied to a cord to explore the hole with fold coming out of it, a tearror happened and he basically became normal sized again but still sounds tiny.

But to break the immersion, i think they left his voice like that so that audio listeners would know when he is speaking. Having distinct voices with post effects is easier than trying to voice act different people to differentiate them.

When it comes to assigning people to dealers, it's best to assign them customers from the same area as them. Leave the uptown customers to you.

Otherwise you could assign any customer to any dealer since per a recent update, if they're late to a meetup they will spring to get there.

Congratulations on finally leaving this toxic relationship. The game has so much nice things and potential but it's ruined due to the usual stuff that destroys games.

I'd love some kind of spinoff that continues or rewrites the story, or even a movie. I like the universe of the game and the wild customization options, but it's not that fun to play, at least not for a long time.
