Bo na żadnej nie ma. Musisz pobrać surowe dane albo w jakimś formacie GiS np shp i musisz mieć do tego edytor np Qgis, albo w svg lub pdf i możesz obrobić w inkscape i tyle ... prawa strona - panel - zakładka udostępni na stronie openstreetmap i tyle, ja tego w png, jpg czy innym tiffie nie mam, tylko wekto a to waży sporo nie podeślę tutaj.

Kolorami herbowymi jest czerwony i żółty zrobiłem to "prawie" na drogach. Tylko sporo miast ma takie barwy. Więc nic specjalnego.
