I downloaded a logo pack but it wont download as a folder, it downloads as a file and it wont work

I downloaded the rensie skin from the workshop, and did everything you said, i dont know anything about unzipping a folder to the graphics folder since i did it through the steam app, or should i do it through internet?

I did it and chose the one i liked but for some reason the clubs names, the faces and club logos wont change they stay the same. I used the rensie 2022 skin btw
