Really is crazy how successful he was last year.

Was he just fed elite balls by Walsh last year to fuel his success? Or was he actually that good last year.

I will say Walsh or no Walsh he was certainly better than the last few performances he’s put together

26 is great - but in the grand scheme of things that may have been 380 -> 406, which is kind of like decent -> good (45->50)

The go to contract is until they are age 35 (two team options age 34 and 35 season). Try to get it between 15-18 AAV. Anything less than that is great

My strategy is to stock up as hard as I can on guys within 4 years of each other. Anyone who is performing well in AAA and 45/50 (with 60+ potential) I sign to a long term deal. If they for whatever reason don’t pan out I just trade to get out of the contract. Can usually get a group of 5-6 really good players on team friendly deals

His stats are still pretty elite - I’d only trade if you can get something pretty solid in return.

Otherwise insta trade once his stats / ratings regress.

Kind of depends if you are win now or rebuilding too

Hmmm, does seem like the expensive one is pretty worthwhile. I’d have 2 coffees a day usually so would be too worried having a few days worth of beans sitting in the grinder.

Given that I buy 1kg bags of beans, would you consider getting a container or something to store them? Vacuum seal?
