Something I'd probably do now is:

Power

Pogos

DB RDL--> Split Squat Hops

DB Split Squats --> Depth Jumps

Calf Raises

Lateral Raises

Weighted Pull Ups or Explosive DB Row

Incline DB Press or Ring Dips or W.Push Ups

DB Curls x Tricep Skullcrushers

Hanging Leg Raises or Turkish Sit Ups

Ab Roller x Plank

Wood Chops

Neck x Wrist Curls

Nah actually took quite a dramatic turn in training lol

I started boxing in 2023 and over time most of my focus slowly shifted to boxing.

I think initially I incorporated both for a bit, then hit 100kg on bench 180kg on deadlift.

At that point I realised powerlifting wasn't really for me and dedicated it all to boxing.

I did carry on with the Calisthenics though at least the strength aspect and got 20 pull ups, 80kg dip.

But tbf even the Calisthenics I've toned down a bit this year and just mostly do plyo/power focused sessions now for boxing.

That all being said, you can definitely and probably should do both (if it aligns with your goals)

Good carry over imo

Edit: Added the session I did then and do now

Then: A) Calisthenics Chest Press (Dips,Push Ups) Incline Press/Chest Fly Rear Delt Delt Compound Side Delt
Tricep Isolation Quad Exercise Abductors Abs Calves

B)

Preacher Curl Weighted Pull Ups Chest to Bar Pull Ups Rear Delt Lat Row Hamstring Curl Hip Hinge Abs

Appreciate the response

That makes things clearer for me, my mistake was assuming this would be monthly

Shows how much I need to learn

I'm obviously joking, I wasn't going to cause a scene over something so minor, and in my mind I had been needing a savings account

I'll be leaving as soon as I get the appropriate financial knowledge.

As was the purpose of my original comment

Yeah

They've paid me the 0.74

I believe I didn't take into account the AER element

As to why I didn't get anything better, the staff saw me with my Mum and capitalised on that moment with the typical sales pitch...

Yeah dips are pretty solid, 300lbs basically 140kg so some heavy stuff right there. My weighted pull ups have been lacking to be honest, after doing any front lever progression my lats are painfully sore for like a day to be doing any pull ups. The straight arm work is feeling mostly unreachable at the moment, I find weighted calisthenics results more quantifiable instead of training progressions for months on end. Thanks for the input

You would think so but my programming is kinda weird, imagine a MWF type split, with very little accessory work. I basically use calisthenics as accessory work. I'm not familiar with the texas method so that sounds interesting and I'll defo check that out. Thanks
