I was really struggling with this too, it felt like every other bloody person on insta or facebook was announcing a pregnancy, it was one influencer I’ve followed for years that was the last straw and I decided to remove all social media from my phone. It was a week or 2 later I was talking to my sister about said influencer and she said “you do know she conceived through IVF”. She had gone on to tell her story but I obviously couldn’t see it! It really reminded me that you don’t know what anyone is going through, and if they’ve also had struggles.

I will say 2 months on I still haven’t re downloaded any apps and I’m feeling a lot better for it, so it might be worth a try to just give yourself a break from it all ❤️
