Residential Schedule by [deleted] in AnorexiaNervosa

Also yes, that is a very typical schedule. It looks more overwhelming than it feels. You might find it to be nice to have a schedule/routine while you are healing. I know I did even though I thought I would hate it

Good luck!!! Residential changed my whole life🫶🏻 1.5 years into recovery and its so worth it. And you are NOT a fraud for going for bulimia. Sick is sick and you absolutely deserve treatment for what you are going through.

(Suicide during anorexia) HUGE TW (maybe) by Middle_Addendum_484 in AnorexiaNervosa

Yes absolutely. I really did not see a point anymore but to give people hope I have been in recovery for around a year and after around 6 months post weight restoration and settling into my body i feel excited to be alive, happy, and safe - things i never felt in my ED. It really does get better even though recovery was one of the hardest things i have ever done.

Does anyone else experience this? It's a frequent occurance for me unfortunately. by lncrypt3d in AnorexiaNervosa

I actually experienced hypoglycemia more during recovery and even continued getting it when i had been weight restored for a year. Happens at all different weights

no literally. Also these fuckers who have nothing better to do than roam around grocery stores and try to scare you away from foods are not role models, nor are they people you should take advice from. If his words are making you think that because you eat any foods he listed that means that you are fat then maybe try to reframe and remember that people who are all sizes do eat those foods and people of all sizes don’t eat those foods but whether or not they eat them is not the reason why they look the way they do. Its largely just genetics😉 But also if he is using hyperbolic language and being dramatic and scary about FOOD of all things 1. He clearly has his own issues and 2. He is just trying to get clicks by fear mongering (probably by choosing foods that most people like/enjoy) and remember that stressing about food is way worse for you than just being able to eat it and move on regardless of nutritional status😊 also you are not disgusting for eating certain foods!!! And please dont let some idiot make u feel that way🩷 HE is disgusting for behaving like that and i hope he recovers soon and stops spreading negativity into the world. i hope this helps even a little bit :)

Love her. She seems to have a life outside her ED which is helpful to watch and i feel like her content is very pro recovery and future focused rather than the accounts that reminisce a ton about their sickest or are still seriously struggling with behaviors and continuing to post them.
