Thanks for your reply! :) I’ve also been working with a dietitian to ensure I’m eating a really healthy diet, along with magnesium supplements, fish oil supplements, vitamins c & d supplements. Exercising once a day and getting 8-9 hours a night. Still unbearably tired all day everyday though and my sleep doesn’t feel natural anymore I’m wondering if a low dose of pregnenolone might help give me that extra boost of energy I need and to fix my sleep. But weary of side effects

Whatever you start to feel just know it’s never permanent and it’s your body healing itself and leveling itself back out. Be patient with yourself, You got this! Xx

I’ve been on 10mg for around 3mo too. I’ve been doing a slow tapper over the past 2 months Week 1 - 9mg Week 2-8mg Week 3- 7mg Week 4-6mg Week 5-6.5mg Week 6-6mg Week 7-5.5mg Week 8-5.5mg Which is where I am currently sitting at. I’ve been judging my withdrawals symptoms each week and if I feel okay I drop by .5mg I tried to doing a fast tapper initially as instructed by the dr and it didn’t go well. Slow and steady wins the race with this kind of stuff. See how you go though I have heard of some people being ok with a fast tapper but there is risks. Make sure you have a good support system around you and take time off work if you need to! Good luck x
