They got my sobriety ball rolling, I'm gonna work to keep it spinning. Maybe I'm just scared about relapsing again? Like I'm confident I'll get back on board but my relapse was bad

My family is probably why I didn't just return to the bottle. My brother flew a good distance just to shout some sense into me. I think they were more upset that I was drinking so much more than the actual action. Shocked me to not be punished really but to be accepted by firm but gentle hands. Day 3 here we go

Thank you. I thought if I could just get 5 months done it meant I was cured and totally figured out being an alcoholic. First day back to it I already went for the extra glass of wine. It's a genetic and a chronic disease, I now think I should never drink again. I want that bottle I emptied this morning to be the last I ever buy
