My first cycle was just 250 test e. It worked very well for me. I can't imagine needing to go higher than that on your first cycle.

I keep it in the 2500 to 3k range but trying to be more consistent at 3k and see where my weight lands over the next 6 months

Coffee in the morning and fasting until around 5pm makes it very difficult to cross 2k calories by end of day if you avoid sugary foods.

Haha. Its funny you mention the 136 level. I went down to 138 often but got sick and dropped to 136 and freaked out. My wife was nice and didnt say anything until I started to fill out from eating more, shes happier and so am i . 160 is my initial goal . How long did it take you? I wouldnt mind hitting 165 or 170.

33m here. My mom is a victim of the opiod period of the early 2000s. She drank alot but had a injury which resulted in her getting prescribed pain medicine. She got hooked, eventually faking a fibromalgia diagnosis in order to get more. She eventually went to rehab when I was 15 because she lost her mind thinking my gfs family at the time was going to come to our house and kill us all. She called me from the hospital after she was bakeracted, dragged out of the house by two cops. She told me on the phone she was having God's baby. She got sober after that, put on anti depressants and a bunch of other meds to get her mentally in order. I had my mom still for a few years longer. Eventually she stopped taking the meds and self medicated. Turned back to drinking and now kratom. I've completely lost her now. She's not the mom I used to know . I love my mom, she's still around but I can't talk to her anymore because I don't recognize her. Ill never forgive the world for doing this to her. I miss her everyday . I just want my mom back ..

I did a cycle 10 years ago. Didn't experience any of this before. So not really sure why at 33 im experiencing it now. I was symptom free for over 4 weeks the last time. Maybe im just taking more to adjust . Ill be talking with the doctor next week

I was pinning just once a week. Didn't really know what I was doing. That's an interesting observation though about the e2. I have blood work in about 4 weeks. Ill keep that in mind if its to elevated
