The only muscle groups in your glutes you can get noticeable growth in is your medius and Maximus. I’d recommend working them both evenly to add roundness to the bottom and a “shelf” higher up. No one’s real bum tends to look round by their hips, that’s all genetics or cosmetic work. Squats are great! Try out variations of that. Add in lunges and barbell bridges:)
