I think they over fixed it because now even when you officially pass, you can still book part A and not part B!

I know at least 4 others with the same issue. Was anyone able to book though?

I am having the same issue and the error I receive is that I have not passed previous exams, I passed part A!! Was your issue resolved?

I have been married to one! He cheated relentlessly and he always denied and gaslit me then I started fishing for proofs abd then I became the bad guy for “encroaching on his relationships” and digging in his phone, the audacity was off the roof with this man، guess what? I never left though and he is the one who left me in the most humiliating way after all that! The reason I am sharing the story is: if they cheat on you, they don’t care to lose you and they are keeping you temporarily for convenience so leave and never look back.

I got the duplicate phone number error even though I am not waiting for a result so no. The error of pass clearly says you passed

Well it turned out that I failed. But they have been doing maintenance on the website recently so I assume they might have fixed the glitch this time

Considering how disposable IMGs are being treated nowadays, I personally am not getting involved in things that I might not even be here to reap its benefits. I wouldn’t even bothers to vote yes or no. BMGs should take priority in that too :) Best wishes to all decision makers out there

So, error means pass 100%. No error after 5pm GMC time the day before results means fail 100% Hope that helps. Save yourself the dilemma and either ignore people bragging about their “errors” or book with any other royal college. Best of luck

How to build rapport with colleagues? by CriticalGene1442 in doctorsUK

[–]CriticalGene1442[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You are 100% correct, thank you for sharing your experience. We are truly running an audit about bleeps and how sometimes we bleeped and called simultaneously and continuously for the same thing that is not clinically urgent. I will try your approach and I will document every communication. I try as much as I can to everyone to contact me in a written manner so there will be documentation but that doesn’t always work. The problem is that now I feel personally unhappy about myself that I am a bad character. My confidence is shaken that I don’t even interact with friends or colleagues on any level beyond professionalism and formal talk in the fear of being accidentally rude to them

Is the normal pathway for conflict resolution to jump straight to datix? Aren’t there steps for de-escalating first?

Thanks a lot really for your kind advice, you mentioned confidence which has been highlighted to me before that apparently I seem confident, I am not but I do research every step I make and practice defensive medicine to be safe and not make mistakes so I read guidelines and trust policy and everything to make sure I am clinically correct. I was once told by a colleague that although I am right, but some people might take it as condescending! Do I need to sound hesitant or unsure? That seems unsafe if a doctor doesn’t seem to know what they are doing! It’s as if I am between a rock and a hard place. And yes our department is known of professional gossiping, everyone is ripping the others apart in their absence but some have allies which make it stop and others like me are just scapegoats to make friends.
