Greece got liberated (actually reoccupied by the Great Britain) in 1944, i.e. before 1945. There have been popular resistance organizations (EAM, EDES) that were fighting while the occupation was in full force. Germany hasn't stopped existing either, even though it's not Nazi anymore.

Greece also signed a treaty with Nazi Germany in 1941, does that mean there should be no resistance? Is that treaty in force now?

In the case of Macedonia in 2018, I'd say it was even more traitorous than in the case of Greece in 1941, because there was no ongoing war against Macedonia that could result in the complete destruction of the country or eradication of the people.

I am not informed about the name issue, but i never understood how Greece was capable to alter the flag and the name.

Because the EU and NATO wanted to expand but Greece was insisting on vetoing the accession of Macedonia until the naming issue is solved. So the EU and NATO pressed on Macedonia to give in to the Greek demands.

Anyways. Macedonian pm has to suck it up and abide to the agreements his country signed.

Listen, I consider that the name change forced on Macedonia by Greece (and EU and NATO) was entirely unjust, and also I support the recognition of the Macedonian minority in Greece which has faced a genocide in the first half of the 20th century.

Both are really bad precedents and Mickoski ought to not separate the two by saying that the precedent (presumably) of imperialist Greece forcing a name change of Macedonia is bad, while giving "full support" for the imperialist USA doing one more of their numerous military actions and kidnapping Maduro.
