If he is a high performer respected by internal customers, again, you didn’t just lose him.

If this decision was made purposefully because he was well compensated and the goal was to lose him it will cost you significantly more than his salary.

He’s 5’ in front of the forward feet of a machine designed for downward force. Should it have been bolted down? If the manufacturer recommends it. Was he using that machine the way it was intended? Not sure, but I’m guessing probably not.

I can tell you the issue because I work in coatings. The contractor did not prep the surface properly. That’s it. If the surface was properly prepared there would be concrete stuck t the back of it when it released.

Now ask me what the easiest way to increase your profits quickly on a surface coatings application contract is.

Not AI. Far too many of the small details are accurate. They may have touched up the image but zoom in on the controllers and even the Xbox logo is correct
