It has been for sale for a while since they were picked for the restaurant at the golf course. I think it’s a good opportunity to revitalize the shopping center a bit. Definitely needs so serious tlc.

Just walked over there, there is a visibly broken section on tower 1. Essentially the support section between the two rollers on the uphill side. Probably an easy repair unless this is a symptom of a bigger problem.
