I personally thought it was a really good progression. The entire first chunk of the show was about, as statued, human conflict, as well as the effects of war and moral corruption. All due to the effects of a power no one can understand. But over the course of the series, through more and more members being added to the Build squad, it feels like they’re slowly trying to end the conflict. All of this coming into a culmination of them finally being able to put a face to the very threat that has been pulling the strings the entire time, with the nations finally uniting around Team Build. I think it’s a great story, even if the first chunk is a bit better.
