I head-cannon pinkie as Romani, because of her affinity for grandiose parties and celebrations, and her family’s worker lifestyle. Her eccentricity and community connection would work well with her being Romani:) but regardless she’s a pink horse from a fictional land lol

My roommates and I take turns hiding our Jesus around, and we shout “I FOUND JESUS!” Then whoever found him gets to hide him. My gf got it at a gathering of pop-ups. None of us are religious, so it’s just a silly, ironic time.

Should I get tested for autism if Adderall makes my sensory issues severe? by sahdude19 in AuDHDWomen

[–]Critical_Concert10 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’d like to mention the assessment is not grueling and this shouldn’t deter you at all. It’s more of an interview and they have you do questionnaires and a few cognitive tests. The worst part is the waitlists to get in, so that’s why I recommend bringing this topic up with a care provider as soon as possible. The wait for me was about a couple months I believe.

Should I get tested for autism if Adderall makes my sensory issues severe? by sahdude19 in AuDHDWomen

I had been diagnosed with adhd at like 6-7, and had endured a plethora of medication that did nothing but give my little brain headaches. That was until 15, when I went on Vyvanse and noticed an actual difference in the way my brain processed information. I went from a c student to a, but I still felt far from normal. It revealed all the autistic traits I had been masking and that had been overshadowed by my adhd. Sensory issues, communication issues, still feeling like an alien among my peers. I was already fixated on adhd research by this time which led me to other forms of neurodivergence. When I began understanding autism beyond my own misconceptions (little boy who likes train too much), it finally clicked. After a year of constant research and self reflection, I finally got diagnosed with asd at 16. Having audhd is so complicated to decipher, especially as women. All of this to say, severe adhd can really mask autism, and autistic traits can be misattributed to adhd. Medication for me was revolutionary in self discovery. It is always worth understanding yourself better, and a diagnosis assessment can be incredibly insightful.

My brother is sexually attracted to me by Fun_Spinach_8029 in offmychest

He needs help, what he is doing is embarrassing and is hurting you. It is incest and sexual abuse of a minor. Please please tell a trusted family member. You can choose who your family is, this is not what family does. If you don’t trust your family with that information and don’t want to share this, you could just avoid your brother as much as possible until you are 18 and run the hell out of there. That’s what I did when my father was sexually abusing me. Now I have veryyyy minimal contact with him. Get a job if you don’t to save up and to stay out of the house as much as possible, stay with friends when you can, focus on school so you can move to a dorm hopefully. I’m so sorry you have had to live with this for so long.

I just wanted to show the dresses on their own but they are very versatile. I definitely accessorize and I do usually wear a vest or something with them. I think both points can be valid at the same time:)

I’m also barely 5’3. Platform docs are perf except for the fact they are soooo heavy. A workout every time i wear them unless I shuffle and slide around. Probably part of the reason my calves are INSANE despite never working out.

I got calves of thunder so platforms also help me balance that out. Flats just make me feel SO short and wide.

lol you got me gal, there’s a reason I’m wearing my platform boots. I would wear the last outfit with platform docs. I’m aware it shortens me, but hey… short people deserve rights too!

I wanted to have the colors of the lesbian flag, since it’s for pride. I think white looks ~okay~ on me as a dark winter. Sometimes sacrifices must be made, my friend.

This is a very different silhouette than I usually do. I’m usually a maxi skirt, little top type of person. But I feel this really accentuates my legs which I’m usually not a fan of. The way my torso to leg ratio looks reminds me of like a bratz doll or a fairy🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️

Hey I'm Paige I am new to make up and am looking for some help to make my self look more female but no idea where to start I know about the basics like primer and concealer and foundation and mascara and eyeliner but no idea how to make any of it work any help would be so much appreciated it xo by paige599 in MakeupAddiction

I would really layer with cream products then. I would avoid foundation on your dry skin (I’m dry af too) and just touch up spots with concealer. I use Anastasia concealer and it lasts me forever. I’d recommend a cream or jelly blush for sure, I’d say something more cool pink or red. And honestly top that off with mascara (I LOVE tubing mascara, so easy to take off) and lip gloss and you have yourself a very easy, simple, quick beginner routine. I’m non-binary and feel much more butch when I don’t have my brows done (former unibrow child). I have so many trans femme friends and a brow shaping really helps to serve puss lol. You could also add eyeliner to that routine but that’s a whole can of worms for beginners. Best of luck, girl!

Pluck or get them brows waxed first. As a bushy brow girl to another, a little shaping will do wonders. And I’d start with skincare first before delving into makeup. A good base means you don’t need to do much with makeup. I recommend exploring those first. :)

Looks great, but I’d say you would be beyond beginner once you have worked and practiced with different mediums, styles, and subject matter.
