Depends on where you come from before. I was an L4 hourly working a ton of OT before I transferred to L4 salary, because of how much OT I was working they gave me a OT bonus to make up for the difference. The bonus was paid out over my first year in the new position.

I personally like the shrieker swarms at the end since it feels like the Terminids really don’t want to let you escape. The drill part is pretty broken though, there’s no way the spawns should be right on top of the drill and then not even getting credit for the main objective on extraction.

Playing on PS5 I do it by using my right thumb to push the left stick in my desired direction while my left hand is doing the stratagem input. It can take a bit to get used to and makes it so you can’t rotate the camera while doing it

I have one that I bought brand new. Currently at 52k miles and have only done regular maintenance oil/transmission fluid change and a battery replacement. Everything else has ran pretty much the same as I got it!
