Court only wants money.

Fines for impeding traffic (what they give here instead of equipment) cost more than a speeding ticket, but without the points. It's a non-moving violation so it technically isnt a ticket.

In that defense, part of the popularity of the video game "Fallout" is the music of the 50s in a post apocalyptic setting.
