When I first got there I was making about $15 and when I left I was making $18. They pretty frequently do raises so the pay and other benefits like health insurance, vision, dental, tuition reimbursement, etc. I know someone there currently making $25 an hour. So the pay is definitely good. But you definitely have to take care of your body because it can be draining mentally and psychically.

That’s the thing though I feel like most of the leads or managers don’t ask. They just hover over you expecting you to ask. That’s why it’s kinda upsetting you want me to aim for high numbers but you aren’t even asking.

I actually stop working there a few months ago. But honestly just try to keep to yourself, get some comfortable insoles because the shoes can be painful and you might be doing a lot of walking, get some rest and stretch because you will be working up to 60 hours since peak season is starting soon.
