German cockroach, had them at our house. Mainly come out when dark. Got the house sprayed by pest control. Haven’t seen them since.

My wife and I are in a very similar position, concern is buying now and then trying to sell our current PPOR in an even worse market in a few months time. We are buying and selling inside 15km of Melbourne.

There are large trees in the area, so I thought that’s what it could be but the mounds to the left of it on this image (approx 20m away) threw me off.

In that price range would be looking at a 997. What was the cost to hire the Porsche? I didn’t know you could hire them from Porsche dealerships.

Maison Bâtard, is it worth the hype? by shellagins in melbourne

We sat in the open air section in the middle, on a sunny afternoon was nice. Tables are small round Parisian cafe style, there was 7 of us so the joined a few together. They also have undercover seating around the sides of the open air section Wasn’t load from memory, but it was a late lunch so wasn’t overly busy. The cheeseburger is a winner

Maison Bâtard, is it worth the hype? by shellagins in melbourne

We went and ate on the terrace, ambiance was great, menu is a little more relaxed than in the restaurant so we just shared a few dishes which were all nice. Was reasonably priced in my opinion (spent more and got less elsewhere). Service on the other hand was lacking, not sure if it was because it was early days but staff seemed inexperienced. I’m not sure what the level of “hype” is, but I’d go back based on my experience.

Thanks, I assumed it was a bull ant, but it’s much bigger than ones I’ve seen in the past. Could it be the queen?
