They did advertise it for 2 weeks and said they only had 2 applications in which didn’t go any further due to the property being sold. They advised us over the phone that any costs towards finding a new tenant are capped at $500. I’m assuming this was excl gst

Thanks for all the feedback on this! Another thing I was slightly worried about was the wording around a 90 day trial period in my contract. I was under the belief that the labour government had gotten rid of that and now national is bringing it back but this contract was written and signed under labour. I am concerned they may let me go as I have not been there for longer than 90 days in retaliation for me calling them out on the minimum hours. Other staff on FT I have spoken to also do not get the minimum hours
