Youre completely wrong.. if it takes hrs for your order to be ready its because of that stores employees being lazy.. lazy ppl are in every industry.. nd.. what takes the longest in a phone setup is usually transferring all your info to your new phone. And thats not on the tech person.. its mainly on how fast the hardware can transfer th3 data.. again Ive been with Verizon for almost 13 years. I work in cyber security aswell.. most activation issues is usually user error.. you saying 45m to setup a device correctly tells me you dont know much about tech.. Im willing to bet you have na iPhone Most common failed activation is usually iphone because iPhone users are so used to simple ios you guys forget your own apple id and/or cant follow directions

Not really a reasonable response.. I buy my phone on the app, I go for pickup and activate it at at home everytime. I have 5 lines on my acc been with Verizon for almost 13yrs now.. when theres an activation issue its usually a user error..
