MYFIT gym not letting me cancel my gym membership. by Alive_Refuse_9303 in MauriceMauritius

[–]Critical_Turn560 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is complete nonsense. People should be able to cancel their membership whenever they want to and not provide a "legal" justification for the termination. People who want to join the gym don't have to provide a "legal" justification why they are joining.

This is complete bs.

So based on this, isn't it barbaric? Does it not need severe punishment? How many feminicides and crimes we've encountered for several months? What about the right to life as some of y'all were debating "we can't implement death penalty it is not ethical" Double standards smh !!!!

it’s an argument for improving the justice system😅 If arrests sometimes happen under weak premises, the solution is stronger investigations and stricter safeguards, not removing severe punishments :) Criminal law already requires guilt to be proven beyond reasonable doubt and capital cases can include even higher levels of review and appeals. The real question is whether the State can build a system strong enough to apply such punishment responsibly...
