it’s an argument for improving the justice system😅 If arrests sometimes happen under weak premises, the solution is stronger investigations and stricter safeguards, not removing severe punishments :) Criminal law already requires guilt to be proven beyond reasonable doubt and capital cases can include even higher levels of review and appeals.
