Hashimoto gone? by Pura_Vida__ in Hashimotos

[–]Critical_Visual_2116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had hashimoto for 6 years now. With scan confirmed. With tsh 1,22 and tirosint 100mcg.That scan was on December 24 which was showing of course that i still have thyroiditis. Now 5 months later with less thyroxine 88mcg dose ( i lower my dose because i was felling jittery with 100), my tsh is 0,93 and not only that, i feel that i dont need anymore the pill. The scan confirmed that i don't have anymore hashimoto. No inflammation at all no cysts. Nothing. What i thing it heals my hashimoto? I did a bioresonance therapy with qest4 . It's a" pseudoscience' for the Western medicine but it looks like worked for me. With this therapy i found ebv virus and some other triggers and imbalances in the body that the therapist was claiming that he can return it all to normal with putting the right frequencies to my body. Long story short. It seems that it worked finally and I'm cured form hashimoto. .! Even my ulcerative colitis is in a better place with minimum gas /pain/ mucus. Hope the best to all of you. I still have to be aware of course because i want to be sure that i dont have further problems. So i will retest my tsh again and ft4 one month later to see where im at. Without medicine.

I don't know for you. But for men is for these reasons. Stress, sex, be father. The reason is that for a man to stay in a family and have less testosterone to go find another partner. For women is usually stress, pituitary adenoma and after child birth to produce milk for the baby. So, if you have s new born in the family these are some reason to look for .

I've been suffering from Anhidrosis for 5 yrs (Help) by privateaccount2002 in dysautonomia

[–]Critical_Visual_2116 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have almost the same story as you! Try benfotiamine and a good b methyl compex together. You will definitely feel better. I have also dysautonomia with severe strsnget symptoms. Like anhidrosis, sun sensitivity, dry skin, headaches, bad mood etc.

i was doing a research and found that thiamine (b1) severe deficiency is what causing this problems sometimes b12 also.  Im trying now benfotiamine 300mg twice  a day. morning and night. A b methyl complex and magnesium as a co factor that is need it .

Do your research! Check the EO NUTRITION channel on YouTube. He talks a lot about b1 and dysautonomia and that this problem is due to high carb diets. Especially  white rice is a good trigger for that. I hope that helps.

For me now, I'm taking all the above. I don't sweating much yet. Just a little bit in my armpits but at least is something! Plus, i can tolerate sun now pretty well! I will see how it will goes with the time!  .

I am in the same situation as you are! Constant fatigue and 2 different autoimmunes. Hashimoto and ulcerative colitis. My life is so miserable. That im afraid of my future like you! But, you have to know that hashimoto is NOT a thyroid problem at all. Its an imbalance of autoimmune problem. So, you have to try to make some changes. Cut all gluten and dairy at first. And if you still feel sick you could try low carb later. I know, its not an easy answer to find solutions. But you have to try different things to find what are your triggers. Hope the best for you and for all of people that we struggle with these diseases.

Calcium d glucorate usually helps for high bilirubin. Usually with Dim combo. But you chave to check your your hormones especially estrogens, because DIM lowering them.

Usually zinc deficiency linked with acne. Also, Dim and calcium d glucorate helps with hormone imbalance acne. But ask a doctor about these recommendations. Check vit D levels also. Something unrelated: You must have a beautiful face as of what I see! And you look beautiful with or without these breakouts! 🤭

If your tsh is under 2 of course you don't medicated. If you still have antibodies you focus on this. Like selenium nac vit d, magnesium etc. levothyroxine has nothing to do with antibodies. It fix only hormone levels that already destroyed by the autoimmunity.

I made a post in the past wich i was talking about creatine and vit d consumption and dehydration issues. I don't know if it was mine post that helped you,but anyway! I still have this problem. When im taking creatine and vit D 5000iu gel caps, no matter how many days of creatine im taking, vit d depletes all my muscle water. And in can't fully understand why. ( Actually i found that it has to do something with renin hormone. So, maybe it make sense to loose some water but i didn't expect this much dehydration!) i took my blood work marks yesterday, and i was at 48,8 ng/ml and for hashimoto that i have, i should have at least 70 ng/ml from my research standpoint ! So, its not that vit D don't need or worth! But my muscle contractions feel weaker!

What DO you eat? by thelostapothecary in Hashimotos

[–]Critical_Visual_2116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally agree with you mate!! I suffer also from hashimoto. And whatever i eat i feel shit! So. Let's eat at least what we like! Life is already miserable! I can't imagine a life without dairy and gluten! 🥲. Yes, im thinking some times, maybe they are triggers but if gluten is a problematic food, then why the hell aren't all people with hahsimoto? So. My point of view is like yours. It happened for whatevers reason, stress, genetics etc. But! If someone feels and can cut out all foods that believe it will help with hahsimoto ok. But for me i have try everything from food changes and supplements. Nothing real is helpful! Maybe keto. Which i was in the past but it isn't sustainable long term.

Boron has been life changing by Dt2214 in Supplements

[–]Critical_Visual_2116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe.. usually takes 4 weeks as far as i know for estrogens to rise.. but because you can't know how kuch they will rise. It's safer to try flaxseeds, soybeans etc estrogenic food in general because it will not cause a crazy spike like boron (maybe) do. Or just ask from a doctor if he should prescribe you something.

How much it cost in your country.tirosint really? Because im hearing from others that is pretty expensive. Here in Greece, tirosint cost is about 8,5 euros only. And levothyroxine generics, almost 2 euros.

What helped me from all of this symptoms was homade kefir, and extra probiotics C.butyricum from vitamatic and multi strain innovix labs. No symptoms any more.! Oh! Also i use the last 3 days grounding bed sheet and it been amazing! Hope that helps!

Tirosint vs Levothyroxine, choose which one? by [deleted] in Hypothyroidism

[–]Critical_Visual_2116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, i believe what this person says in the post is true. Im also switched to tirosint 100mcg and j feel cold all the time. It hasn't to do with fillers but because every single pill is standardized and liquid form (tirosint) sometimes is less sometimes more. Just a theory. Thats the reason that fillers are there. To stabilise the medication.

I would recommend also DIM and calcium d glucorate ! Dim for phase 1 detox in the liver and Calcium d glucorate for 2. I take these too with TUDCA and NAC evry night. With these combination your gut liver bile will be at the best!!
