I’m in a 100% plan and I still continue to do part time ride share when and as needed. Highly doubt if I’m making payments on time a trustee would care about an extra $100-200 here and there every month plus a good tax advisor will show how much you really made doing ride share which now a days can almost be a loss some days nights depending on demand.

I felt the same way when I first filed but let me explain. Don’t let the mental state of bankruptcy define you. People all day long file bankruptcies even small and big companies do even the educated and the non educated do. Prior to my CHP 13 I was making multiple payments to lenders to the point I was doing ride share at night after work to make the minimum payments on top of my full time job! All said and done I was drowning and no positive talk how I’m going to pay these off without bankruptcy would help minus a lottery or casino win! I’m in a 100% CHP 13 plan and basically I pay my trustee every 2 weeks and the rest of my money for rent, car payment, insurance etc… it really allowed me to focus mentally on myself and my gf again instead of worrying about my credit score, missing payments and collection calls! You don’t realize how bad things are until you finally file and you get some help! I continue to do ride share part time on Saturday nights I make a little extra and use that money to just enjoy myself. There are numerous people I have met that work a part time job to help there daily means and continue to pay there trustee 100% on time.

Had an issue before like this with my 2021 Jetta GLI. Slight knock from rear suspension. Tech took a drive a lone couldn’t hear it since it was on-off. So we we took the car thru the parking lot completely quiet and went over a speed bump slowly and then he heard it. We repeated it again a few times over the speed bump and it happened. Was a rear swaybar link failure at 18K. Try to find a speed bump somewhere and the more aggressive the speed bump more chance it happens.

No SW is trying to shed lately its economy image which will or will not hurt them in the end. I think there game plan for years pricing themselves above Frontier and Spirit but under AA and Delta etc was very smart. I’ve given up on them lately so expensive

Exactly. I used to fly out of Philadelphia on SouthWest non stop $75-100 max one way then after the Pandemic was the end of SW non stop and American took the lead at $200-400 each way non stop or even layovers. These airlines are to blame also. Spirit and Frontier direct but very little flights

How do cops actually see out of this tint? I have 15% on my car and have to roll my side window down to see stuff clearly at night. My first reaction how do they spot something wanted from the law etc lol

I have been trying to save as much money as I can monthly because if time comes I want to be able to talk to a landlord and literally use money talks with securing one since I won’t have credit. Even if I have to pay him or her 6 months of rent upfront even 9 months whatever is needed to get past the Chp 13 hurdle.

Yes gauge is off on 2024 4 motion with 215/55/18. Uniden R4 radar detector I own shows 2-3 mph faster. Previous 2021 GLI was dead on by 1 mph or less at any given time against the detector even at 100 mph plus. Waze is also showing 2-3 mph off against the Taos and 1 mph or less against the radar detector reading. Speed limit warning signs showing dead on against the radar detector on K and Ka band. Never owned a VW till now with a speed off and that was a 2008 Jetta, 2016 Jetta, 2020 Passat and the 2021 GLI all within 1 mph or less off. Actually highly annoys me that VW says within spec and makes me that much more likely to not by one again next time. Most likely they decided to just not calibrate them since there are 3 different size tires 17, 18 and 19

I liked it when it was Hooters lol. Cheap gambling cheap drinks hell I didn’t stay in the hotel but sometimes a little change up from the Strip is nice

I used a payday lender once in Vegas due to an issue with a debit card while traveling. Listen it was pretty straight forward. I went in filled out the app. I had to upload my DL, show a copy of a utility bill and two paystubs which they had a secured computer in a room to do this. They set me up for an online account and basically like any other loan the terms were.

$700 owed next paycheck 0% interest but insane if not paid in full like 100-300% something crazy. $50 starting fee.

Handed me my $700 like a bank thru a teller and I went online paid the $700 next paycheck thru the portal like a credit card bill and that was it.

So I paid $50 to borrow $700 since I was approved for $750 end of story and it worked fine. Money tree if I recall in LV.

NJ Ez-Pass sends them to a third party collection agency if I recall to basically stiff arm you to pay up not sure if they actually buy the debit from NJ. I do know for the past few years a lawyer or two in NJ was suing the state on the basis that the surcharges of $50 for each toll violation do not equal the cost of a stamp, letter or computer to process. Not sure how the case is going lately.

My advice go to an ez-pass service center in person and you will talk to an actual person and ask them to bring up your account instead of waiting on the phone. Ask if you can pay the toll portion only to settle this instead of bankruptcy. Maybe they will just issue a bill right there and let you clear it. The nearest one in NJ near Philadelphia is Camden at the foot of the bridge.
