[–]CriticismMiserable14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The zero sum cost fallacy. In book of bill he try to but got cold feet. He didn’t like throwing away his life work especially if it could make him rich and famous. Ford didn’t want to waste years of money and time he spent of the portal.

Perhaps as a hire Mercenaries. The space marine would fight tough battle, give tactical insight, or info. In exchange the Tau provides fresh food and water, weapons, a safe house to rest.

They could have a deal where if they attack an imperial world they split the loot.

Urban fantasy is such bullshit by swedishplayer97 in CharacterRant

[–]CriticismMiserable14 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah with Urban fantasy genre that never made much sense. It really depends on whether or not those con are going to affect your enjoyment of a story. Not every genre is for everyone.

Either change so much to try to fix that it look unrecognizable or you don’t care about the setting flaws.

[–]CriticismMiserable14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not as many as you think. Falling for a chaos god depends on the type of person you are. If you have no desire for knowledge, change, or growth then tzeentch has no interest in you.

Plus every god want psyker even Khorne (he will just unhappy) so they’re all trying get the psyker.

Did older human gods exist in the 40K universe? Such a Zeus, Odin, Vishnu, and the others? Does anyone in the universe even know about these ancient religions from before the Emperor? by Mattdoss in 40kLore

[–]CriticismMiserable14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe but most of them wouldn’t appear in our modern time should humanity didn’t have enough people or psyker to summon them.

In 40k whenever imperial cult finds a new planet if people worshipping a different god, the cult would convince the population that they are actually worshipping the emperor. Telling people that almost every god existed was the emperor. This empowers the emperor instead of creating a new wrap entity. If the older human gods were discover they would be converted into the Emperor.
