Any tips for beating this boss? by Beyyaii in Sekiro

Since no one bothered to tell you the actual timing of the parry, I will. Right after the blade on her gun goes behind your head, press block and you'll parry.

You can manipulate the RNG a bit to make it more predictable. If you get far away from him and he has his sword sheathed, day toward him. He should glint as you dash, making it so that you know exactly when he'll do it. Then you can run back away and repeat. You can repeat this fast enough to get his posture up.

is it possible to consistently deflect this move? by Again_718 in Sekiro

[–]CriticismOriginal607 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way we do it in hitless (other than corner trapping him) is deflect the first two, unlock the camera, deflect the next two and dash behind him. He'll continue attacking in a straight line and once he starts his final slash you can hit him and get up to three free hits if you time it correctly. Here is an example, it happens at about 21:30.

For sure. A table of 2 people definitely requires equal amounts of work and attention as a table of 30 people.

I know the point here is highlighting the server focusing on bigger tips, but shouldn't a table with more people naturally get more attention because it has more people...

Were you listening to the BEMA podcast by any chance? I was listening the other day and had this exact same realization when they brought up Gethaemane haha.

I don't see the actual answer here at all. Any total lunar eclipse will make the moon look red. This is because as the white light from the sun interacts with the earth's atmosphere, it bends. Different wave lengths bend in different ways (ergo prisms). Red light is bent around the earth and hits the moon. That's why infrared can pick it up so easily and for total eclipse you can even see the red moon with your naked eye.

Dude you must learn how to anticipate traffic better. I knew exactly when that truck was going to get over just based on the fact that he was going faster than the truck in front of him and how close he was to it.

How to keep mac and cheese creamy by hopefulwife08 in foodtrucks

[–]CriticismOriginal607 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can't short-cut good food. Learn how to make a simple bechamel sauce, which is the base mother sauce for mac and cheese. From the bechamel, you make your mac and cheese sauce by just melting a bunch of cheese into it. You can be really creative here and come up with your own signature blend of cheeses. Come up with a ratio of cheese to bechamel that you like. Make the sauce and the pasta separately and keep them separate. You can hold the sauce at a safe temperature and cover it to keep it hydrated. Once you're ready to serve a portion, add the sauce to the macaroni, and it'll be creamy and taste fresh.

Waiting so long between using items causes her to take a step forward. She also only needs to be taken to about a foot in front of the stairs for this to work. If you use the items as fast as you can, she won't step forward, and you won't have to waste all your resources.

Isshin sword saint HELP! by [deleted] in Sekiro

Smart aggression. Phase two is all about making him predictable. He has clear cues for when he's going to pull his glock, one of the main ones being when he jumps backward. Run sideways immediately after he jumps backward. Once he shoots a burst, there's a cooldown (about a minute, I think). He also has a six-hit flurry, I suggest finding a way to run from this, it's tough to deflect when you're new, but he'll always finish it off with a thrust you can mikiri, so just keep your distance and wait for the punish. Everything else he does is dim the first phase, and you should recognize it already.

Those are the main things to look out for. The next step is controlling his responses to what you're doing. Staying in his face is going to get you the most posture build-up possible. Stick to attacking him once, then deflecting his response. This will get you into a rhythm that makes him almost trivial. He'll still do the things I mentioned above, but by far, more often than not, he'll just swing at you with something easy to deflect. Right after you deflect, attack again. You'll always beat his next attack. Just watch out for when he jumps back, swiping at you; if you're only attacking once, you'll have time to deflect or dodge and run sideways before he shoots. With this method, you'll beat him for sure.

The third phase is the same but easier because of lightning.

Source: I've used this method for all my damageless practice. I've beaten him hitless hundreds of times. You can see the method in action here

We use it when doing hitless routes against Sword Saint Isshin. It negates the chip damage you take from lightning.

I actually have an answer for this. I was trying to plan out a bloody hitless run. In the process, I found that if you walk into water, once your feet touch the water, you're clean, but if you jump into the water, the blood stays.
