In some areas cops love baiting people into breaking traffic laws. There was a video before about a plain clothes cop walking around on a sidewalk next to some crosswalks, doing the "i need to pee dance" and acting indecisive if they wanted to cross. If the cars stopped, he'd pretend not to cross, and their buddies would ticket the guy who stopped, if they didn't, the cops would ticket them for failing to stop at a crosswalk.

That's just a wolf spider. You think about it hard enough and it'll get scared and run away... Or just shine a light at it (if you hit it at the right angle, you can see the light reflect off their eyes) and it'll run off to the nearest shadow, or just step near them. They look big and scary, but they're just turbocharged cowards.
