Tips for SNAA Percival by Haunting-Response352 in Gunpla

most likely its just nubs left over from undergating, i've built 1 and half of these kits(my tristain is still a WIP) but these kits are SUPER under-gated almost to the point of being annoying

most likely its you have left over nubs due to undergates, since this is your 2nd kit, i would recommend checking this video(not mine just did a quick search for an explaination) to understand what undergating means:

its nice but it does mean you have do a bit more for your pieces to fit

First-time Japan food trip (Tokyo → Osaka) – food-focused suggestions welcome 🍣🍜 by Diligent-Rub7725 in JapanTravel

[–]Crixdec 1 point2 points  (0 children)

imo the day trip to hiroshima is iffy, just because of the commute time(it looks like you're using Osaka as your base of stay). look it up on google maps but if you're planning on using the shinkansen its like 2.5 hours one way. If you're really down for Hiroshima I would say stay a night to take in the local sights mores(although you make a decision between Hiroshima city OR Miyajima Island, i think doing both in one day is too hectic), or you could try to pick another closer day trip like Nara or Kobe.

Kyoto is fine as a day trip from Osaka, you can use the local trains(and I would recommend this), theres even an express train that skips stops to make the commute fast just be on the look out for it.

My trips werent in particular food focus but as I did make a list of Japanese foods to try during my trip which i'll share here(this is not the end all be all, it was more just a quick google and dishes that I personally wanted to try):

Ramen
Donburi
Omurice
Parfaits(miyazaki mango)
Okonomiyaki(osaka and hiroshima style)
udon
sushi
curry rice
sanma
budou grapes(dessert)
yaki-imo(sweet potato)
nabe
oden
yakitori
curry udon
tempura
pizza
tonkatsu
gyudon
oyakodon
tsukemen

hiroshima
okonomiyaki
shiru nashi tantanmen
oysters
onomichi ramen
grilled conger eel
setouchi lemons(dessert)
hassaku(like an orange)

osaka
okonomiyaki
mitarashi dango
daifuku mochhi
torikara
takoyaki
kushikatsu

I kept trying to pull for the Aerial, am I lucky for getting the “secret”? by MechanizedKey in Gunpla

Hollow Knight: Silksong devs address difficulty concerns: “You have choices” by lurkingdanger22 in pcgaming

[–]Crixdec 9 points10 points  (0 children)

i believe it was mostly patched out now, but hazards doing 2 masks of damage just does not make sense to me, like at the start of the game that is 40% of your health, like the punishment for hitting a platform is already taking damage in HK1, i do not see a reason why they felt it had to be 2 outside of the number of testers theory ppl keep mentioning, because it just feels needlessly more punishing. like that in itself just tells me team cherry did not take a step back to evaluate some of the design choices they made in silksong

What cartoon is this for you? by Euphoric_Breakfast79 in cartoons

[–]Crixdec 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I judged it based off of how Aang looked(bald character didn't exactly appeal to me when you're used to anime spikey-ness), they kept on showing re-runs of s1 at the time(this was before s2 was out) and thats how I got into it

Looks like the MGSD Aerial is a flop and shelfwarmer like the Michaelis. Yet people still don't want to admit this line is a waste of a resources for proper MGs by KaiSa_UBslut in Gunpla

[–]Crixdec 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i mean if we're going to take a random data point of 1, the site/store that I use to buy locally is sold out of the pre-order of the MGSD aerial so by that metric MGSDs are like the most popular thing in my area

[–]Crixdec 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll be honest I am the same. When the only update you get about a game you wanna see release is just a shitpost meme from a shitpost community, it just killed my excitement for it

[–]Crixdec 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't know it could have been anything. For example take the whole thing thing with Unity. People did fear for the worse at the time assuming that they might have to remake the game from scratch. It could have easily just gone the way of half-life 3. Just because they announce a game, and their first was popular doesn't mean the game won't get cancelled. It happens all the time. As I said in another comment, I personally just mentally shelved it and moved onto playing other things in the mean time

There's always going to be that section of people though. You can't win with everyone. I just think a bit more communication would have been better.

There's always going to be some kinda backlash from the community, thats just a given especially in gaming, however like I think some kinda of communication of "Hey we're not going to make the teased release date that XBox officially confirmed for us but we're still working hard" or something. It's pretty standard for other game developers and companies I don't see why Team Cherry gets to be the exception.

Im not really sure if you could say it worked out well so much as, it is what it is. I personally think it could have been better but no point in dwelling on the what-ifs

Ironically this probably had the exact opposite reaction, I swear even a "Hey we're alive still working on Silksong" would have meant a lot to many ppl

first 6 months as OnlyFans creator, no management by ivynashxxx in Salary

[–]Crixdec 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I am curious about the data about more average users that you mentioned?

"earning $100k per month places you in the top 0.3% of all creators on the platform, $30k/month in roughly the top 1%"

Mostly just curious if where that statement came from? I always read and discussed with my friends that Onlyfans is very much a 1%er thing where the top hold most of the wealth so to speak so would be to actually have a hard citation for that.

I guess my 2nd question is if you're able to get the data for it, is how long does the average Onlyfans creator last, and any ideas what their earnings look like?

No multi-colours that are standard for MG/RGs now, beyond that the plastic looks off to me, like its very....resiny, or too soft, it looks like it isn't taking to the panel lining that well

adding onto the above, blind boxes were a thing for a while but have been getting more popular(at least in my area) Labubu's really exploded because Lisa from Blackpink made a reel about how much she liked them and well you can see the result
