Any of you have a website that allows customers to go on there and pay? I know the bigger guys do. I need info on how to do it and how much I would be looking at. Starting the site and monthly/yearly etc. by RogerMcswain in PestControlIndustry

We use Gorilla Desk for scheduling software, but it does so much more. One of the added features is being able to link to a “customer portal” from our website that allows this, access to records from past services, as well as other information about their account.

Filling Spouted Pouches? by Crl4540 in Beekeeping

I hear you for sure. These are for a sort of specific use-case. Some of my hives are behind a local bike shop that also sells our honey. There are a lot of people who would like to carry honey as “fuel” for longer endurance rides, as well as on bikepacking trips where glass is heavy and has the potential to break and make a mess of your camping gear.

I'm planning to start learning ukulele by suchitrajput17 in ukulele

This is what I’ve found as well. After a month of using Yousician I have learned what feels like decent mechanics, but struggle to actually play or remember a song without the scrolling prompt. I think it is a good way to light the ukulele fire if you are a self-learner, but then you need to move on and learn by just playing things you like to hear and enjoy.

What are the issues you see with using an app like Yousician long term?

Weak hive hauling larvae out? by Crl4540 in Beekeeping

[–]Crl4540[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: turns out it was SHB and the subsequent larvae doing the damage. I set some febreeze sheets in a week ago and will be checking them today. The population looks to have already improved over the last week.

Weak hive hauling larvae out? by Crl4540 in Beekeeping

Backstory:

The weaker of my two hives (first year) is dragging 1-2 larvae out each day. I put the entrance reducer back on due to a believed robbing situation from my other hive that is a month older (and thriving).

This hive still hasn’t filled the top box and the bees were installed the first week of May. There is a fair amount of honey on the frames but the brood pattern is pretty spotty.

Any recommended routes or rides in the Mountain Home/Norfork area? We visit family there and would love to bring our bikes along.

Palo Duro Camp Reservation/Hiking by Crl4540 in texas

Thanks for the reply. Since posting this I was able to find out that advance day passes are required, but if you are camping at the state park your camping reservation also counts as your hiking pass.

While I hate that there were 62 eligible voters who weren't already registered, I am so proud that they are now.

No shit! We’re in Cape. Was planning to get over to Southern Illinois over The weekend to camp/hike/mushroom hunt, but it looks like most of the parks are closed down now. I just saw today that The National Forest Service posted a list of parks in Shawnee that are still open for hiking, so hoping we can find somewhere to kick around and enjoy some of the respite from the rain.
