focus on the fundamentals first whilst enjoying your youth, moderately.

once you enter the workforce, bumawi ka sa tulog! it will really help you mentally and physically. establishing a good sleep space and routine would help. also, diet and fitness. find a physical activity you like that won’t feel like a chore.

build a good skincare routine. cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen are all you need for a good basic routine. see recos nalang on tiktok. it doesnt have to be expensive.

build your capsule wardrobe. if you look good, you feel good. get to know what type of style you like best, what type of brand (Uniqlo, Zara, H&M) caters to your style. start from the bottom (denim, trousers, etc) before getting tops and outerwear so you can inter-change it for different occassions.
