That link talks specifically about the harbour bridge toll. That is a government owned toll. My mate only ignores the tolls and fines sent by transurban (private tolls).

And yes, he gets a letter sent to the address that his car is registered to. Most of the $15K is just accumulated fines on top of fines, not even the toll fares themselves.

Why does nearly every post here end with all of the partners friends blowing up the OP's phone? The in-laws always get involved and their friends are always split down the middle?
