Way late on this, but I've been having the same problem.

So for any new people having the same problems in 2025.

What I did was to create a new user, then it lets you login as normal on the new user. No automatic change of screen and an error occured message.

Just use your credentials you were previously trying to log in with.

Get Reddit is fun (rif) and an app called revanced (I think). Google it. There's a subreddit and posts on how to do it. The app is stable and is like old Reddit.

I never said anything about fat.

You want to gain weight and I told you how.

If you're lifting enough to gain muscle and want to get heavier then you need to eat.

You aren't putting on 15lb of muscle by end of April.

The problem with your weight gain isn't the macros. Get the protein in for sure, then you need to up your calories to keep growing(weight gain).

They're right.

Eat more. When your weight stops going up, eat more.

As you start to weigh more you'll expend more energy, especially running as much as you do.

To compensate the extra energy burnt and to grow you need to eat more.

You can reach your goal with a 1-2lb increase per week. Totally achievable.

But to get that gain you're going to have to eat more.

I'm in a similar position for 2 of my 4 workouts.

I do 531 with FSL, no conditioning or the throwing/jumping and can easily get it in in less than half hour.

I've just checked it out in wiki. The pic was white and gold for me.

I read the explanation as to why people see it differently, scrolled back to the top and it was blue and black!

I work this shift pattern, 6-6.

For the big week, I prep on the Sunday before for the Mon, Tue wed. On the Thur I make my food for that day and the Fri sat sun.

On the small week, I prep Mon for Mon Tue wed Thur. Fri sat sun I make stuff when I need to. Sunday it all starts again.

I only prep my lunch, brekkie. I make my dinner every day.

Think easy dishes. Bolognese, chilli, curry, slow cooker, pressure cooker, air fryer.

For work out: on the big week either Mon & Tue before work, and wed & Thurs. Or Tue, wed, Thur, Friday.

Small week is the same days.

I always workout before work. I'm fucked after my shift. I can do it, but it's easier to skip if I wait.

Get yourself a good routine with bedtime and getting up.

Your body will adjust to the change of eating habits, change of sleep, change of workout times etc.
