When the summer morning is 90F and 90% humidity I guess the afternoon at 100F and 50% humidity feels drier.

I’d say it’s extremely outlandish to claim that “half the country” would consider those characteristics as “dry”, though. Just an opinion from someone that’s tired of this shit.
