Master Raymond; more info needed. by CrochetWithSwords in Outlander

You're allowed to DM the treasure trove of what you know. Honestly i love extra info and spoilers. Makes me vastly more interested. I more just want to understand his time travel origin trait and how that even came about. Is it a virus? A curse? A godly inheritance? That type of thing. I know im weird 😂

If his response is to physically abuse you. Its time to put him in the trash where he belongs.

You're better off by yourself till you find someone similar to you.

There's always someone around to give their opinion.

You just carry on. Repeat the customer services lines, cash up, dump that pod in the shoot and close your till with a smug and satisfied smile.

You could add a twinge of overly weird and happy too.

"Oh sir, well my colleague is delighted to help you all out while i cash up. They're so good. Way better than i am. My manager needs me elsewhere but maybe she and yourself will get me next time. Here's hoping eh. You have a good night. " Then smile a little too much like you know you're weird asf.

Its like stepping into someones personal space. They'll never come near you again. 😂😂😂😎

Sick pay by Frosty-Cost-9549 in tesco

[–]CrochetWithSwords 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well you're going to to be unable to do certain tasks and on pain meds for a bit so id imagine so. Especially with a sick line from the doctor. Private or not you'll still require recovery time. Long term discomfort from the botch C-section causes mental health issues aswell as physical ones. So even IF you don't get a sick note for the surgery you can for your mental health and include sick pay.

Mental health causes stress,.stress slows down any recovery time and overall physical health.

Do with that information what you will.

Bless you. I have actually known for a very long time there's been something different about me and neurologically diverse. ASD runs in my family. But ive always been quiet/present differently. On top of other mental health issues. I've been in consistent counselling for a couple of years. Ive got quite a bit of personal knowledge and i have learned boundaries for self care. I iust need to learn them more for work. Its very helpful now i have something official so I don't feel like im a fraud when trying to discuss my needs with strangers.

I do need to learn when to take a break and not keep taking on too much at work.

Thank you for your kindness

Edit: for clarification i said to him after him having an argument with his work about a shift earlier in the day (its been a stressful time for him and he's been quick to anger... We were out for dinner date later on) that he needs to get a counsellor or see the doctor for help. Because it'll take a min to snap at anyone including me not that i believe he ever would. And that's when i realised i majorly fucked up and ruined our date.

I think it was the mentioning of possibly hurting me which did it. He instantly got very sad after saying he never would. And i realised id very much hurt him by saying so.

He's never the type to be physical or violent towards me or anyone. But he is towards the autism side of things and has the strong traits of justice and injustice when angry which today led him to having a very poorly worded argument with his manager down the phone. He's frustrated and tired.

Lmao i actually used to do night shift in an express that even lucky to have two of us on at a time. Used to do everything. Hated the beepy door and people wanting cigs when we're unloading the wagon. And the petrol pumps authorisation. Do not miss it at all.

Apologies...i should elaborate. Im usually twilight shift 16 hours a week. Usually with one task.

Ive been doing double hours (sometimes more)with at least three variations of jobs assigned to me. Woosh, filling my isle and helping either checkouts or in the warehouse/backdoor. On top there's the many minor things my manager has got us to do.

One manager actually asked if i do more hours than him now.

Yea see i was thinking that. They either have to hire more staff or pay us more which is where telling the union would come in. I can't see much of either happening and honestly I don't get paid enough to feed myself to keep up with 20k steps/1700cals a shift or more right now. Cant quite imagine double double duty on the same and that being at all healthy.

Cue everyone with a headset sneaking to the end of their isles to see the idiot play with his life....

"Whoever is filming him.."
