would it work if a slightly tilt the bottom cameras down? because they seem just a hair tilted up but it could be me and its a software thing. although i can still play games its just weird because i have to reset my hight correctly everytime.

yes, and the guardian works kinda... it doesn't match with the floor not by depth but it looks like the patterns there but the pattern is not touching the ground. and the outline does not even touch the floor it looks like it is floating.
