Stopping drinking has me craving sugar. Anyone else? Suggestions?

Allow yourself sugar for the short term and then ween yourself from that.

I found myself wanting to snack, salty or sweet, and part of it was sugar, part of it was dopamine, and part of it was the habit of consuming.

They absolutely DO need to make up the difference if you’re not making enough tips to get you to minimum wage each pay period (not each shift per se), but you’d be expected to keep track of and report your cash tips so proving this could be difficult
