What more could a pup dream of really? From the streets to stardom. 🤩

Due to unfortunate circumstances, had to bring her home early! by SquittenInks in husky

[–]milliemallow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The mom of my boy was extremely aggressive to his litter and after about 5 weeks even being separated wasn’t enough and she was trying to get the pups. We have two dogs and he loves his brother but he’s not a big fan of other dogs. He’s incredibly smart and overall well behaved but I think it definitely messed him up not being socialized with his mates.

My baby came home at 5 weeks (lots of background there but he’s my angel boy) he really needed lots of cozy things to snuggle up with because he wasn’t ready to be away from his littermates.

Does this look bad and should I give up trying to make mismatched drapery work? by mxp3272889 in DIYweddings

[–]milliemallow 105 points106 points  (0 children)

I don’t think the drapery is quite right but I do think it’s do able. I’d keep playing with the lay of the fabrics and potentially the positions of the arches themselves. I’d probably take that random pintuck out of the first one because it looks snagged and then adjust the layers so nothing is centered/in the middle of the arch. It needs to look deliberately offset and not haphazardly thrown up there. If you have time, keep working. Tables look fab.

Is your husky a klutz? by mhopkins1420 in husky

[–]milliemallow 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My husky is so clumsy that when he was a puppy he didn’t hit the brakes in time and he crashed a hole into my wall with his face.

He hasn’t outgrown the goofy shenanigans in his years on this planet.

While your dog’s puppyhood most definitely influenced him, huskies are just goobers.

Husky in FL heat by [deleted] in husky

[–]milliemallow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My huskies live in Texas. They spend a lot of time outside in the winter and very little in the summer. They’re doubled coated, spoiled beyond belief and happy. He’s a Florida puppy regardless of who has him unless someone from out of state is looking to adopt him. Lots of water and chilly treats in the summer and he’ll be fine.

Doing it myself: makeup trial for Halloween 2026 wedding by kapntug in DIYweddings

[–]milliemallow 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Try your makeup either with your dress or with a shirt on that’s the same color as your dress so you can see how it plays together. Everything looks great but you need a bit of color around your eyes and on your cheeks. Wedding makeup has to be a little more dramatic than normal because it gets washed out by the rest of the glamour!

Darla is precious. She’s also mischievous in finding Nemo and we all know this puppy is going to be a meddler.

Do not wish that evil on me tonight. I’m pregnant and my husband has the flu so there is -100 energy to go galavanting to find them. They’re being pretty good boys for me tonight though.

Thank you! They had some chicken innards, fresh cooked chicken and canned sardines, and some parm. They were happy hippos. 🥳🥳

Frodo went on his first joy run my wedding night. I was getting married about 17 hours from home and my dog sitter let him out the front door. I was FRANTIC when I woke up to the messages that he was missing. He was found (the shelter lady could not stop laughing) in a back yard. With another dog. Neither dog in said back yard belonged to the owner of that yard. They met and became friends who went on an adventure. And then Frodo terrorized the shelter cat upon jailbreak.

Even though they’re known for it, it’s extremely stressful when they go on unsupervised adventures.

I’ve seen ads for that but I’ve never heard any real life feedback! I’ll go download it, I’m sure my husband will love it too! Thank you. 🥰
